ORCHARD IMPLEMENTS

The Turbo is an in-row hoeing blade cultivator. It differs from the other products on the market by its high working speed, compact size and simplicity of settings. Available in 3 frame sizes, front or rear mount.

The Twin Turbo is an in-row hoeing blade cultivator, that works both sides of the row in one passage. Available in 2 frame sizes, front or rear mount.

The Velox 1 & 2 are In-row hydraulic cultivators that can be front or rear mounted. Several models are available, single or double sided. In-row groups can mount different working tools.

The Rinieri AI-15, is a Hydraulic hoeing plough linked to a fixed mount 3 point linkage complete with indipendent hydraulic distributor for the hoeing of vineyards.

The Rinieri ET - ARATRUF is a cultivator with pivoting furrow-opening blades specifically designed for truffle cultivation, vineyards and orchards with stony ground.

The Rinieri EL is the original in-row power harrow for vineyards and orchards. It can work in difficult conditions and on hillsides thanks to the tilting of the working head. The power harrow EL series removes the grass from the ground, and does not create tillage pan.

The Rinieri ELX combines reduced dimensions with sturdiness, for high reliability on stony soils. A three-arm side-shift, anti-shock gas cylinder for dampening, and a special PTO shaft with a ratcher-style torque limiter, makes the ELX ideal for stony and hard soil conditions.

The Rinieri EP is a rotary in and out tree hoe, used in vineyards and orchards for a complete weeding solution. The EP levels and moves the soil without over refining it, or creating a hard pan. A special security joint makes the EP suitable for use in stony ground.

The Rinieri CM is a cultivator with special supports “Stone-Jumper” of working groups equipped with anti-shock springs. The frame of the CM is width adjustable.

The Caroni FL series, is a light rotary tiller suitable for 15-40HP tractors, with a power take-off. Perfect for use in orchards, vineyards and market gardens.

The Caroni FM series is a tough, medium-sized rotary tiller, suitable for 15-60HP tractors with a power take-off. Ideal for small/medium sized farms. Available sizes: 44"-67"

The Kodiak 5800 series, is a gear-driven rotary tiller, suitable for 20-50HP tractors, with a power take-off. Available sizes: 4', 5', 6'

The Kodiak heavy duty landscape rake features 5/16"x1" tempered tines, and heavy duty 3/8" x 5"x3" main frame. Available Sizes: 4', 5', 6', 7', 8'

The Rinieri Vision 2 CRV is a New pruning machine, that features double height adjustment. Ideal for large vineyards, and hillsides. An adaptable frame allows for use with the CRV, CRL, as well as other tools like the SRV and DRF.

The Rinieri Tower CPL is a New pre-prunning machine for vineyard use. The CPL is available with 4+4, 6+6, 8+8 and 10+10 cutting discs. The machine safely cuts and removes branches from guide wires. The head can be supplied with the frame, or can be mounted on all Rinieri trimming and deleafing machines.

The Rinieri Tower DRF is a dry leaf stripper that removes leaves from vines, increasing the maturing of the grapes, and reducing the need for spraying. The DRF features a reversible frame which permits the removal of leaves from the same side, and a double sickle bar for cutting branches.

The Rinieri Tower SRV Tower 2 is a Double head SRV mounted on the TOWER 2 front mount frame. The machine simultaneously removes side shoots and vineyard grass. The push version is much more user friendly than the pull version. It is available in three widths for rows ranging from 150cm to 350cm.

The Rinieri Tower SRV is a Side sucker remover head, that features a simple mount frame, and a hydraulic side shifting, shockproof articulation, with gas spring. The SRV can be assembled on pruning machine frames, Velox in-and-out units, or on shredders.

The Rinieri AN2 is a sweeper with nylon whips for vineyards and orchards. Available with single or double sweeper heads, front mounting frame, or with a connection to be mounted on a shredding mower.

The Rinieri RAS is New rotary mower that features belt transmission, 3 blades, height adjustable front wheels, and rear rollers. An optional special 3 point hitch, and double shaft gearbox may be added for a spray/mow combination which permits simultaneous grass cutting and spraying.

The Rinieri TRF is an all purpose Knife or hammer flail mower/shredder, suitable for mid-size pruning up to 5 cm. Ideal for small farms, and is customizable with many available options.

The Rinieri TRU is a reversible flail mower/shredder for vineyards. Ideal for mid-size pruning up to 6 cm (2,4 inches). The three point hitch is reversible, so the machine can be pushed or pulled.

The Rinieri TRU-D is a reversible flail mower/shredder for vineyards. Ideal for mid-size pruning up to 6 cm (2,4 inches) with hammers or knives. The double lifting frame, and double shaft gearbox allow quick attachment to both front and rear mount tractors, and to tractors with front hitch or reversible-drive.

The Rinieri TRL is a Hammer shredder, ideal for weed cutting and prunings up to cm 8 (2,5 inches) diameter. 5 models are available, each with many customizable options.

The Rinieri TRL-B is a Hammer shredder, ideal for weed cutting and prunings up to cm 8 (3,2 inches) diameter. The lowered transmission flank allows the TRL-B to pass under tree limbs without damaging the fruit.

The Rinieri TRP is a heavy duty hammer shredder, ideal for large prunings up to cm 12 (3,5 inches) diameter. Built for long hours, suitable for large scale operations. The low body, heavy hammers, and rear rake teeth, allow tree branches to easily pass under the machine.

The Rinieri TRC 150-240 is a universal all-purpose flail mower/shredder with knives or hammers, for midsize prunings, grass, corn, millet, etc. up to 6 cm. Available with a fixed 3 point hitch, and manual or hydraulic side-shift.

The Rinieri TRC 250-300 "T-Raptor" is a wide mower with hammers or Y flails, suitable for cutting grass and cereal stubble. Ideal for large scale operations. The T-RAPTOR features a double 3 point attachment, with double transmission for tractors with a front hitch.

The Rinieri TRH is an all-purpose shredder/mower for mid-size prunings up to 6 cm (2,4 inches) With many special features, the TRH is ideal for vineyard, orchard and olive groves, with stony, sandy or wet ground.

The Rinieri TRT is a shredder that collects and shreds prunings up to 15 cm. Ideal for use in vineyards, orchards and olive groves with stony and irregular ground. The TRT is reversible for front and rear drive tractors, and features two special rotors, that bring prunings above the soil for shredding.

The Rinieri BR Vigna is an arm equipped with in-and-out unit, and hydraulic shockproof system for use on hedges and in rows. The BR Vigna also features a hydraulic telescopic extension to better adapt to different ground levels.

The Caroni TL series (0900,1200,1500) is a tough and simple-to-use flail mower, ideal for cutting of grass on any type of terrain.

The Caroni TM series (1300, 1600, 1900) can be mounted with an additional rotor, making it ideal for cutting down bushes, clearing undergrowth, uncultivated fields, and stalk shredding after crop harvesting.

The Caroni F series front mower features side or rear dumping positions, and is suitable for tractors with 12-60 HP. The F Series can be attached to any tractor that has a front hydraulic lift system.

The Caffini Booster Classic is a pneumatic sprayer. Thanks to adjustable diffusers, the Booster Classic is a polyvalent machine, adaptable to many forms of vineyard and orchard cultivations. Through the flow controllers, it is possible to easily change the quantity of sprayed product (from 150 up to 1.000 l/ha.). As option there is also the "Electrostatic System" which improves the adhesion of the chemical mist to the leaves.

The Caffini Booster L. Doc is a simple, compact pneumatic sprayer, that features manual adjustments that make it a very adaptable machine.

The Caffini Booster Rafal is a pneumatic sprayer. The diffuser support frame is extremely versatile, and allows for adjusting to different row widths and heights. All adjustments are controlled hydraulically from the cabin. Many safety joints avoid breakage in case of accidental impact. The "Booster Rafal" is available in 2 versions "Four Sides" for treatment in two rows complete and "Six Sides" for treatment with 2 complete, plus 2 half rows.

The Caffini Booster Reset is a trailed sprayer with an articulated system. The head of the pulverization pump, turbine and diffusers are mounted on the tractor hitch, and the tank is trailed, this allows for unthinkable steering angles compared with other atomizers. Furthermore, the PTO shaft works straight.

The F.lli Festi M9 is a self-propelled picking and pruning platform, available in hydraulic, mechanical and lift versions. Ideal for the picking of peaches, pears, apples, apricots, plums and cherries. The M9 is intended for modern orchards with reduced space between rows, as well as high-density orchards. F.lli Festi self-propelled harvesting platforms and pruning platforms are road legal.
